Rev Willie Anderson of, My Brother’s Keepers Security Solutions, brings more than 40 years of real-world security, protection, and crisis response experience to A1 Security Services. His career spans armed and unarmed security operations, firearms instruction, crisis intervention, defensive tactics, and faith-based and community-centered safety leadership.

At A1 Security, Rev. Anderson plays a critical role in officer training, professional standards, and protective services development, ensuring that A1 Security personnel are highly skilled, disciplined, and prepared to respond with both strength and judgment in high-risk environments.

Rev. Anderson is a USCCA Certified Instructor in Concealed Carry and Home Defense Fundamentals and a Real-World Combat System Certified Self-Defense Instructor. He holds security licensure and firearms training credentials in multiple states, including Illinois and New York, and has extensive experience in personal protection inside and outside the home, loss prevention, and protective services operations.

His advanced certifications include:

• Crisis Counseling & Chaplaincy with Deadly Force Encounters Training
• Certified Firearms, Protection & Loss Prevention
• Certified PPCT Defensive Tactics Trainer
• Certified Baton, Handcuff, and OC (Pepper Spray) Instructor

Rev. Anderson’s background also includes service as a Crisis Counselor and Chaplain with law-enforcement agencies, where he supported officers and communities through high-stress, critical incidents.
